At Reena Karki Skincare, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. Running Late? Please call us if you're running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or modification of services. This policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of availability, better serve everyone, and keep our schedule running smoothly. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policy.
